The MapPoint Maps? No.

Shapes you have drawn on a MapPoint Map? Yes if you know the format of how to write the ESRI .shp file. You'd need to write a program to do this.

You might want to write a program to export the shapes objects in AutoCAD format (DXF) - I think your ESRI ARC products (and most others) can import DXF.
