Thanks for info and code!
I use mappoint not to store the GPS-data (data stored as text file on my harddisk) , but when the car arrives , I would like to see (quickly) where it has been.
For example if the blackbox samples location every 10 seconds and the car drives for 8 hours then I have about 2880 locations stored ( +/- 187 kB). This 8 hours driving is what I would like to show in Mappoint as quickly as possible.
I could show 20 points per second on a scanned map and now I would like to do the same in Mappoint.....
