When importing from MS Excel .csv files into MapPoint 2002 to create pushpins, I always seem to get skipped records. I have been through all the postcodes and I definitely know all the postcodes on the .csv files are correct. Why won't some of the locations show up? Is there anyway to update MapPoint's postcode database so every postcode will show up? If not, how can i place pushpins manually?
