If you are sure it is wrong. I would use the "Tools" "Send Map Feedback" option. This will send the street and you can choose what your feedback is. The street will be sent to Microsoft and they will pass it on to their data vendors. Thats about all you can do. If you need to add an address you can add it with the drawing tool and then type in the addresss info etc.
