so I've got two suggestions fo you...

a - to be able to create a box around a certain number of pushpins and then export (to excel) just that sub-set (and their info, that was imported into the map)! (I can see this being very handy: lets say for example - they're outliers from a catchment area, and you're interested in knowing exactly who your trouble customers are... you can't do that individually, as there are too many!!!)

b - for isolated postal codes, (that have no road connections) to either use straightline distance to the closest road, or to the closest airport, then use road directions.........
