- Mappoint 2008 really needs to cover more of the world. It does not even cover Europe (despite the name) Europe stretches to the Urals and it is a major limitation to using it in business not to have the route maps stretching all the way.
- At the same time extension into Australia, Asia, South America and at least South Africa would give a real value. If the detailed maps don't exist then high level ones covering the main trunk roads would be a start (like Greece is anyway).
- Activitating Mappoint for GPS in Mappoint 2006 did not make sense to me. I don't think people are buying MP as a journey monitoring tool - there are way better solutions available. Mappoint 2008 would ideally be seen as part of the Office suite; the equivalent of Excel for geography.
