I work for a county government. We have an Access database with all the valid addresses within our county. We would like to draw and label an irregular area on the map, which would indicate the different districts within the county. Then using VB6 code, identify which district area each address falls into. We have MP2001 and would purchase MP2002 if the territory feature could be used for this.
