Njection has a mashup showing Speedtraps around the world - you can add traps you know of to the database and surf those contributed by others. Seems like a good candidate for a mobile app or even better, a data feed into connected nav systems like the Garmin Nuvi. Switch into Birds Eye view and you can voyeuristically spot where the man hides.
