There was no registration back then actually.. it wasn't really a forum.
Just some PHP scripts writing to a database table.

You can still see some of what it looked like:

I messed with it for a while trying to improve it before I decided it would be best to move to a real forum script

I think when it was in phpBB it had carried over the names from the old QA script, but they weren't really associated with a user.. they were pseudo-anonymous posts with a name. When it was converted from phpBB to vBulletin I think even the name was lost and they are just really anonymous.
