My name is Ani Thomas and I am from Toronto. I am a computer Engineer with 14 yrs experience. I own an offshore s/w firm. We are currently delivering web projects in North America. We can work with you to get website developed. I like to know more details of proposal.

I like to explain you the working structure of the company. I am local partner in North America. The development team is located in India. We set up communication channels through IM or even local US number. I mainly work on the high level side of discussion and once we are in agreement, hand over the things to Development team. They will discuss with you on site layout, pay pal integration and all technical stuff required.


I like to know couple of things though. Let me number it for clarity

1) Once the site is developed, how the profit is shared ?

2) How you are planning to bring the traffic. What will be our role other than developing site ? We develop the site and see no traffic, we risk losing the work effort for nothing. So how can we share the risk for equal commitment ?

3) How we manage money and how we know the total revenue.

4) Our responsibility's include maintaining the site ? What about web hosting etc...

I am looking for open thoughts from you and continue the discussion. My development manager can take over the communication once we do this preliminary discussion.
