I recently installed the PushPin Tool for one of my colleagues. When she tries to open the Add-in in MapPoint 2004 she gets an error message that it is not a valid MS Office application.

I was able to open the add-in when logged onto the PC as the administrator and when logged on with my account which has admin rights. The user does not have admin rights, but I gave her rights to the PushPin folder in C:\Program Files. Is there something else I need to do?
