I'm not quite sure what you mean.
MapPoint itself can export pushpins to Excel by using the "Export to Excel" option. Select the pins and then right click. "Export to Excel" is on the menu.

John Meyer's Pushpin Tool (available from this site or mine) will export pushpins with some additional information such as longitude, latitude coordinates.

If you have created a route from some pushpins, and wish to export the pushpins in route order, then you need my "RouteWriter" add-in. See http://www.routewriter.com
