All- First time post. Using MP 2006. I am creating territories for reps. We are using zip codes to break them down. Each "zone" is comprised of a single or multiple zip codes. I want to be able to view the entire region, then select the different zip codes I want in one zone and place it into a csv file for upload into a crm. How can I shade the different zips in different colors? How can I "select" multiple zips and "collect" them to add to a csv file?

Most MS products allow you to hold down the "ctrl" key and select multiple data points. It does not work in MP w/zips on a map. I am also in need to teaching managers how to do this with MP, so I cannot use any confusing processes.
