Would be glad to hear if the UDF functions work with MapPoint 2006 as well.

Tried copying and pasting Hagers first example right into the Excel 2003 VBA Editor. Entering the values in the Excel sheet as proposed by Hager and invoking the formula with =StraightLineDist(A1, A2) just provoked an error message telling me that the function contained unknown text. (By the way, the MapPoint Object Library in the Tools Reference menu were ticked).

Would otherwise be a very handy tool!
