Hello, I just learning to use MapPoint and was wondering....

Is it possible to highlight several places (colleges) at a detail level and then have them all still visable when zoomed out to show the whole US?

I tried importing my data (about 200 colleges) instead, but MapPoint doesn't find the correct location since I don't have exact street addresses. I tried setting the name of the college to "address", but it will only match about half of the records :?

I know I can then drag them to the correct location, but if I have to do these one by one, I would prefer to just highlight them as places because I prefer the formatting (better than those balloons--which leads to another question--can you change the size/shape/color of balloons?).

unfortunately, i have little to no experience with any programming languages, but might be able to get someone to help me with that.
