As i requested :

I had a MS-Access Data base with Some Tables and queries.

My Aim is to provide a button and when i click it map should in voke showing pushpins all over the state CA map by county and should have different pushpins if more than 10 people ..or so...

How should i proceed.

I played with mappoint and i can do that it MapPoint.

But I was asked to create a map by single click of button in Acess can any one please provide some code and suggestions how to proceed..
