On a NEW MAP,
Type CTRL-T to bring up the TERRITORIES function, and then select CREATE MANUALLY. Select 3-digit ZipCode, and then click NEXT.
You'll want to click on each 3-digit zip INDIVIDUALLY, to make each one a unique territory.
Use the DATA MAP view to see only the 3-digit ZIP territories (get rid of the roads.) Click on the 3-digit number to select it, then right-click and select NEW TERRITORY. Type in the 3-digit zip number in the NAME field that pops up in the list box on the left of your screen.
It isn't fast, especially if you have a lot of territories, but it is accurate. That will also give you a colored territory map of the 3-digit zips you want... good luck!
