Streets & Trips Maps with MapPoint 2004

I've seen a few references to articles about using S&T maps with MapPoint. Is this possible using S&T 2005 with MapPoint 2004? If so, can you tell me what needs to be done? Thanks

I have heard that it can be done. See the article about AutoRoute 2003 and MapPoint 2002, the procedure should be identical.

I am not as computer litterate as I'd like to be. Is this possible? To use the more current maps from Streets & Trips?
