They just added PR streets with the MapPoint 2004 version which is very nice, but several things don't work like in the rest of the U.S. like geocoding... I tried a couple things by zip code in PR just now with 2004 -- mapping territories manually and shading demographics, neither worked, so I don't mapping your own data by zip code would work either.
