I'm not familiar with Tom-Tom. Be careful with the fleet tracking restrictions in MapPoint 2004 (maybe use MapPoint 2002 .

How are you going to send them? via cellular or radio link?

Regarding these items: "Is it possible to make a vb.net application with MapPoint, so i can see "realtime" (i know there must be a delay) where all the people are, what new target is, where they drove already (tracing ?) so i can exactly see where they have driven last weak or something. And is it possible keep track of the Miles they drove ? And can i see multiple cars on screen ?"

It's all certainly possible with some database/data management and custom programming with MapPoint.
