Hi i had this problem. Got round it by placing the ole container within a panel. The olecontainer must have align se to alClient. The panel must be alNone and must be resized in code or by using the anchors. The panel must be on the form, not within anything else. This stops the map resizing and the toolbars changing but you still get a pause when you loose focus and mappoint goes from using 20mb to about 100mb. Any ideas why it does that?
