I have recently installed MapPoint 2004. I downloaded the Spatial Data Import COM Add-in from Microsoft's site. I followed the instructions of adding the SpatialDataImport.dll COM Add-in thru the Tools menu; however, when I select the Spatial Data Import menu item on the Tools menu I get the following error:

Error: 339
Error Description: component "COMDLG32.OCX" or one of it's dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid

Any suggestions? I am sure there is something simple I am overlooking.
