It does.. I don't think you would get any additional features from AutoRoute 2004.

I have noticed with the North American version of MapPoint and Streets & Trips that S&T seemed very slightly sharper or quicker -- snappier, that's the word I'm looking for

But if disk space is at all a concern I wouldn't bother..
