The MapPoint license agreement contains two relevant
restrictions. The first one is the "no resale" clause. In your
situation, if you just post the maps on your website and don't charge
your customers for viewing or downloading these maps, you are in safe
territory. The other restriction is the cap on the number of maps you
are allowed to post. This cap is 1,000 maps. If you need to post in
excess of 1,000 maps, you need to purchase more than one license of
MapPoint. If the number of maps is under 1,000, a single MapPoint
license will suffice.
