I have shapefile data for UK Census Areas and want to import them into Mappoint.

I have downloaded the .exe utility from the Microsoft website and have extracted the files into a desktop folder but I have no idea what to do next!

The support/instructions for this have been withdrawn from the MS website.

I am sure this is fairly straightforward - can anyone help?

This seems such an important feature, why is it so difficult to find out what to do??
