Regarding your first question, sorry, I don't have much experience with Delphi programming and MapPoint myself, but I know there is a lot of discussion in here.. use the Search function at the top as well as the Google search tool at the bottom. Good luck.

The map data for MapPoint 2002 cannot be used in MapPoint 2004 unfortunately... you'll be stuck using MapPoint 2002. If you need a legal copy, try eBay or similar auction site for Europe. Is there an eBay.pl ?
