You need to purchase a copy of MapPoint North America. The European and North American versions are separate products. You can now purchase the European version in the US and Canada, but the reverse is not yet true in Europe, so you may have to get somebody to purchase the North America version in the US or Canada and ship it over to you (I'm assuming you are in Europe).
