Generally speaking, you are right in saying that there is no solution for countries like Greece with MapPoint 2002. The road network for Greece is extremely limited, street address matching is not available, and there are no postcode or other internal boundaries in the map that you can use for creating shaded area maps.
But, if you have Greek point data with lat/lon values, you can plot these on the map, and you can import vector data from ESRI or MapInfo file format as drawing overlays (for instance, your company's sales territories or postcode areas). If this is what you mean by having "data accessible and displayed on a map", MapPoint offers what you need. |
