Phil asks a great question, as do I: why doesn't Mappoint let you define your own regions. The marketing cut sheet said you can define your own territories, but that feature limits you to combining enormous census tract building blocks. I want to map values to much smaller regions. Not to mention the bizzarre process of blind selecting those building blocks as you attempt to add them to your custom defined territory.
