Is there any MapPoint India specific version with maps updated. I have dwnloaded the Ver 3.5 SDK and caught in the way of working with it.

I want to monitor the traffic along specific routes in the city of Bangalore (one of the hi-tech cities of India). How can I accompplish it? Is the map already available or do I nead to upload?

If so where should I upload my map and in which format. Plz help me ..I am very confused. First of all is the service possible in India or only available in NA and Europe ? Plz. help

I read that geocoding is possible using the MapPoint CSS..but it directs me to a secured page (https)..Is geocoding possible only on payment. Help me in this regard too.
