I think that the simplest use case for you is :

- Geocoding or whatever you need but on the PC site (server)

- Transferring the HTML result to the Pocket PC (IrDA, Bluetooth, WIFI, or gsm cell network)

- Viewing the HTML file on the Pocket PC (with, for example, a HTML control or one of your own)
