| Fixed, for now
I have temporarily fixed the problem by uninstalling MapPoint 2004 in preparation for PC Migration.
I had tried this before using Control Panel and Norton SmartSweep monitor, but problem remained (and worse because of missing files, attempts to reinstall despite how many cancels I did.) When I used MapPoint's installation program to uninstalled, sanity has been restored (at least until I try again fresh on my new PC.) |
