Yes this can be done with a little bit of programming.
Be aware that it is unlikely that MapPoint will find 100% of the addresses. This might be due to spelling mistakes, new addresses, changes of zipcode, etc,etc.
I've seen hit-rates on this kind of batch search as low as 65% (Scotland, MapPoint 2002), and close to 100% (dairies in the US).
UK addresses are more informal than US ones - hence the very low hit rate.
For the UK example, I actually tried a few variations, mapping the database address fields to the MapPoint fields in different ways. This added a few percent to the hit rate.
