Another high-impact development. Vicinity's business model is not clear to me though. Do they not sell software directly in the B2B channel? Or work with VARs? I don't expect Microsoft to start selling solutions themselves, especially not to small/medium businesses that are now catered by their Affiliate program members. How big is Vicinity in Europe?

How do you assess this development?

I think Vicinity's core business is store locators and the like, much like mapquest, mapblast, and mappoint .net.
