Add PushPin by longitude/latidude

Is it possible to add PushPins not via FindResults method but by the longitude/latitude information?

Because I have about 300 locations it takes a lot of time. So i once use MapPoint 2004 to get the lat/long-information of all of my locations and store them together with the other data in SQLServer.

If the productive map is opened then i fill a DataSet (including the stored lat/long infos from the db) with the ImportData method and use the DisplayDataMap method for displaying some pies according to that lat/long infos.

Inside that DataSet are also the lat/long infos so it would be nice if i could use this information for adding some PushPins with Balloons.
Is this possible? How?

Or is there any other way to show some infos, e.g. the name of a location, together with the pie?

Thanks in advance.

Alex

I've coded something very similar to what you're trying to do, but with Access and addresses in Scotland. We had a lot more addresses, and an abysmal hit-rate - partly due to nonstandard address formatting.

This article here, tells you how to determine the longitude and latitude of a Location object:

You then create your pushpin from the Location object created by using a Map object's GetLocation() method.
