Addshape Radius defined by data file

Warning: Novice user question. Is it possible to generate a data layer containing circles of different radii and color based on values imported from a data file? And, even better, can these circles retain their size relative to the ground as you zoom in or out of the map?

Thanks!

Hi,

You can do this only programatically. Meaning, in your program you do the import yourself, draw the circles and redraw them when zooming. The latter is a bit tricky but shoul not be a problem.

Re: Addshape Radius defined by data file

That sounds good. I want to make this an automatic operation using a script.

Do you know where I might find somebody to create the right program for me?
