| almost realtime vehicle position in MP2004 sometime I see messages that you have to delay 15 seconds. but if I read licence agreement it is clearly stated (or maybe it is my english  that any delay not measable is 'real time'. also that 'network or radio' delay is of almost real tiem and also forbitten.this means clear to me that if I delay a position one or a few seconds I do not display positions in real time and I'm confirm with the licence agreement. But what are people say about that 15 seconds ? (I have seen this many time). Can someone give light on this in simple english for me please ?
