| Area Codes, Multi-Other Granularity 1) Area codes. I have customers who define their sales territories by area code... 2) I have customers who define sales territories by US County and Canadian Province (or Mexican State). Example: WA, Northern ID, Western MT, BC and Alberta... Detroit and Windsor, but not Toronto... Southern AZ (Tucson, not Phoenix) and Sonora, Mexico... Creating custom territories manually only provides State/Province granularity...         |
