Well, the short of it is that you have to do a little programming...  But it's only a little, probably less than 10 lines of code. There are some examples on how to get started with MapPoint programming using Excel VBA to automate MapPoint at: Working With Excel and MapPoint - MP2K Magazine Eric

Thank you for the information Help out so very much. I have a question since in the code provided the radius is hard coded, is there a way to have the code reference an excel sheet that has the values listed (5900+) and use those values as the radius value? If this is possible I would be greatly appreciative. thank you Pete |

Yes, use the Cells() function as shown to grab the radius and use in the in the code. If you want to attached your spreadsheet or a part of it and let me know where in the code to look I can attempt to code it for you.. Eric
