I have a spreadsheet/Access database that I would like to link to a map, and have it update every time the database is updated automatically.
Any help is appreciated as I am new to mappoint.
Thanks,
Ross

Hi,
You can use mappoint from within your own application to do this, this includes almost any programming language including VBA witch you can use from within access.

Wilfried,
Thanks for the reply, but I still do not really know what to do.
I understand that I can write code using the VBA in Excel, but I do not know what code to write.
If you can, please help.
Thanks,
Ross
Hi Ross,
I myself know nothing about VBA except reading itBut this forum has an excellent search engine. There are many threads about it and also many articles.
Please do a search on "vba", "excell", "access". You will find a lot of articles to get started.
Any questions fire them here ! Lots of people will try to answer them.
