Automating MapPoint with the .NET SDK

As Gilles Kohl showed in a previous article, it's possible to program MapPoint with only the free .NET Framework SDK. This article illustrates a simple program using this technique for generating images from MapPoint.

Tried this code and fell down...

VB6 programmer-newbie to DotNet:
I tried using the code, and I think I followed all the instructions accurately, but-- I get 'no input source specified' as the return string from the VBC @ line command. What source does this msg refer to?

What is the exact prompt and command you type? If I am understanding correctly, the source the message is referring to is "GenStates.rsp". Make sure that file is in the current directory.
