solution for this?:
1) possible for last blank line to be eliminated?
2) number format - comma delimiters fine for one field but not another -(e.g. assessor value, vs. assessor tax id) MP2K seems to do all or nothing - format variations in Excel prior to import have no effect,
3) pushpin size - no way to change?
4) without selecting one data point at a time as in say a group of 20 houses in a neighborhood, is there a way to have all balloons display on or off

At least #4 can be accomplished with the Pushpin Tool.. download the trial and play with it. http://www.mp2kmag.com/downloads/pushpin.tool/

For #1, short of changing it to Name (i.e. one line) I doubt this is possible. For #2, maybe try changing the cells to text format? For #3, you can use custom symbols.. this may be the way to go for you.
