Not happy with Apple's pre-installed home-grown mapping application in iOS6? Apple's CEO Tim Cook recommends you try alternatives including the Bing Maps mapping application included with the Bing suite of tools for iOS6.
Tim Cook:
"While we're improving Maps, you can try alternatives by downloading map apps from the App Store like Bing, MapQuest and Waze, or use Google or Nokia maps by going to their websites and creating an icon on your home screen to their web app."

I'd like to see a chart comparing features of all of the available features in each application. In particular, which ones include turn-by-turn (live) navigation. That is one really useful feature in Apple's mapping application that was not in Google Maps. My wife uses Skobbler's GPS Navigation 2 ($0.99) on her iPad.
Download Bing for iPod touch, iPhone, and iPad.
