As I stated last week, ALOHA is out and I am hand coding the algorithms for isolation zones.
The information will be coming from the Emergency Response Guide which provides an initial radius for isolation and an extended distance downwind.
I have succeeded in creating the 2D plot mathematically. The developement page was written in Classic ASP, and the coding changed the CSS for plotting 36 images (1 dot for every 10*) in a semi-circle upwind from the (fixed) source, and an ellipse...

When I enter this code:

This is the message:
The requested member of the collection does not exist, use a valid name or index number
Shouldn't this code connect to the first
dataset ?

I am having trouble connecting to my data set. It looks like my code for entering the path is correct.

When I enter this it is not accepted.

I really never even looked at this new product until I saw a posting about it in the Microsoft Newsgroup for MapPoint.
I had to go try it.... I'm hooked now.

First thing I had to do was play with the excellent SDK over at MSDN, just so I could get out of the box and get a feel for the power. Being web based, I saw new oppurtunities with being able to be scripted.

After the initial play with stuff, I went out to see if my old friend the Aloha DLL would be nice....
