how do I disable optimization feature

Good Day - Please help me
I am creating a delivery route that must have 10 clients at the beginning and 40 at the end of the route. I want to manually control the sequence however MapPoint 2006 apparently optimized with their logic overriding my needed logic. Is there a way to turn off this feature?
