Over the next few weeks, I'm rolling out a series of updates to the Mapping-Tools product line of tools and extensions for Microsoft MapPoint. Most of these fix a problem seen during the installer which appears on user accounts with restricted permissions. This fix has also been released in MPRouteWriter 3.6.

Today, MPCluster v2.3 was released. This performs cluster analysis in your MapPoint datasets.
See http://www.mpcluster.com for further information and a free trial download.

    And next is MPMileage:

MPMileage v2.4 was released this morning, and can be downloaded from the official downloads page at:

    MPMileage: Download Page

MPMileage is a batch mileage computation tool that calculates driving distances & travel times for point-to-point routes listed in a database. As a standalone program, it can take advantage of modern multi-core PCs and run multiple routes simultaneously for enhanced processing speed.

    And finally we have MPRouteWriter:

MPRouteWriter v3.7 was released this morning and can be downloaded from the official MPRouteWriter website at:

RouteWriter: Export Routes from Microsoft MapPoint

v3.7 adds the ability for MPRouteReader to set the waypoint stop times on a waypoint-by-waypoint basis via a pushpin data field. It also fixes a number of minor GUI issues with MPRouteReader, and fixes a bad data field bug.
