We have just released the Caliper Maptitude port of our MPCluster analysis product.
The original MapPoint version used the K-Means algorithm, but the new Maptitude version also adds the option of using a Hierarchical algorithm. In contrast to the stochastic K-Means algorithm (ie. contains a random component), the Hierarchical algorithm is deterministic. This means the runs are full reproducible: multiple runs with identical data and settings will result in identical results.
The Maptitude version also adds new output options suited to Maptitude's sophisticated data layers.
See http://www.mpcluster.com for further details and a free 14 day trial download.
Licenses cost US$100 but there are volume discounts, and discounts for existing users of MPCluster for MapPoint.
