I wanted to break California Cities into groups by City. I can only see the ability to break down the Census data by zip code, county etc, but not be city. Is there any way to break it down by City? Thanks

There's not.. you could try obtaining shape files of the place (census term for cities) boundaries and importing them, rendering them according to some criteria you set up.. not for the faint of heart, but would be a conceivable work-around.
