In Mappoint 2002 I have not been able to do the following (creating territories manually):

* Create a territory map of adjoining states, and use a different color for each of the states within the territory.
* Utilize custom colors for shading the territory, whether it's an entire state or just a few counties in a neighboring state.

Can 2004 do these? This is kind of an urgent question, so I don't have time to order the 60-day trial of Mappoint 2004 to see if it does what I need.

I don't think Territory functionality changed at all with MapPoint 2004 unfortunately.. the main thing is updated and better data though much was lost in Eastern Europe.

Also, arrows for one-way streets, actually there's quite a bit of minor enhancements, check the table of contents for the guide mentioned below in my sig.
