Hi Fernando - "If you are interested in evaluating the MapPoint Web Service within your applications, services, or Web sites, fill out the following form, and then click Submit request. With an evaluation account, you have full access to the MapPoint Web Service APIs and test environment, and can upload your own location data for use with the MapPoint Web Service.
